Booking procedure
- Lowcost Tranfer offers one of the easiest way of booking online or by e-mail. You can easily book your transfer online in a couple of minutes and you can print your confirmation sended on your e-mail. Booking by phone is an exception only for an urgent travel.
- The booking request must have full details of your flight and hotel accommodation, as well as the number of passengers or the category of vehicles.
- The bookink form must be received at least 24 hours in advance prior your departure to guarantee a confirmation.
- The necessity of baby/child seat(s); ski or bike racks is recommended to be mentioned in the booking form to guarantee availability.
- If your booking details change, you can amend your booking up to 24 hours prior to your departure.
- You will receive a confirmation of your booking by e-mail with all of necessity information, transfer details and relevant local contact numbers in an event of emergency.
- For any problems at your arrival (for exaple: missing the flight, lost of luggage, difficulty with finding the driver ..) please call immediately +359888 015 900! Don`t leave without calling because we shall be waiting for you at the airport all the day long!
To order a transfer service you must follow the booking steps: Select your arrival airport, your city/resort where your accommodation is located. Select one of the available various types of transfers Enter the flight details - arrival and departure dates and times and the flight number. Enter your special requirements (baby/child seat(s); ski or bike racks, additional luggage and so on). The detail of your transfer and relevant emergency contact phon-number shall be printed on your booking confirmation vaucher.
When the type of requested car is not available, the booking could be rejected or you will be offered an alternative car: in this case the reconfirmation of acceptance is mandatory for the reservation.
The Voucher lists arrival instructions and all of the relevant local contact numbers in the event of an emergency.
Your pre-booked transport will wait for your transfer as you arrive at airport.
