Are your prices per person or per vehicle?
All prices are per vehicle.

Is VAT included in the fare?
There is no VAT applicable on this type of transfere.

How do I make a reservation?
You have to fill and send us your booking form (see booking form).

When have I to do my booking?
As soon as you have your hotel reservation and the flight information. Your transfer reservation must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to your arrival in Bulgaria in order to receive our confirmation by e-mail.

What are your hours of operation?
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year - including holidays. We never close (not even during holiday periods).

How do I find my driver when I arrive at airport?
Your driver will wait for you in the arrival terminal holding your name board clearly displayed. In case of disappointment contact us on our hotline: +359888 015 900 and we will found you immediately.

When do I pay?
You have to pay the fee before getting on the car/van.

What currency do you prefer?
We prefer BGL currency, but we will accept Euros, Sterling and U.S. Dollars.

Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, but we prefer cash! You may pay in EUR, USD, GBP or BGL. Have a look at the website for the amount.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We are tracking your flight and we are aware if you will arrive late - no matter if you are 1 hour late or 4 hours late, our driver will waiting for you at the airport.

Is the waiting for a late flight additionally charged?
Unlike some companies we do not charge waiting time. The price quoted is the price you pay, there is no hidden costs for late arrivals, more luggage, tolls, fuel...etc!

Is it acceptable to tip the driver?
It is up to you to gratuite or not. If you are happy with the service, it is customary to tip between 10-15%.

Can I have a receipt?
Of course, just ask the driver.
